How do I submit a sighting?
Navigate to Sightings from your dashboard, then use the New Sighting form. Include GPS coordinates, timestamp, and any sensor data for faster Curator review.
What is the /2a:2 baseline?
The /2a:2 calibration baseline forces all sensor firmware to assume non-neutral, Fe-dominant field conditions. It is the operational standard for all Gateway Observatory field work.
How do AI processing limits work?
AI processes are limited per week based on your subscription tier: GHOST gets 3/week, WATCHER 15/week, ANALYST 50/week, and SENTINEL has no limit. The counter resets every 7 days and is visible from the Processing Limits page.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your billing portal. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What is ARCC certification?
The Anomaly Research Certification Center (ARCC) course is a 4-module training program covering Visual ID, Kinetic Logic, Signal Intel, and Tactical Comms. Completing it earns you a Field Operative Certificate.
